Terms of Use

You must be at least 18, legally able to enter agreements, and provide accurate account information. We may request verification information.

• Keep credentials secure and notify support after suspected compromise.
• Do not create deceptive duplicate accounts.
• You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.

Do not offer stolen or counterfeit goods, illegal drugs, weapons, dangerous substances, fraudulent or explicit sexual services, academic impersonation, exam malpractice, spam, misleading content or material that infringes another person's rights.

Illegal, dangerous, harassing, sexual or fraudulent tasks are prohibited, including academic cheating, examination impersonation, stolen-goods activity, unauthorized system access, and requests for passwords, OTPs or banking credentials.

Buyers and sellers transact directly. Task owners and workers agree directly on scope and payment. Inspect products and evaluate task arrangements yourself.

We are not currently an escrow provider and do not automatically refund user-to-user payments. Verification fees pay for a platform service, not a guaranteed transaction outcome.

Verification means an account completed the platform process. It does not guarantee identity beyond the checks performed, honesty, safety, product quality or task performance. Verification may be removed for abuse. Fees are not automatically refundable after the service is completed, subject to applicable law.

You retain applicable ownership while granting us permission to host and display submitted content to operate the service. Upload only material you have the right to use. Unsafe or prohibited content may be removed.

Use messages for legitimate communication. Authorized administrators may review limited reported context; evidence access is restricted and audited. Harassment, threats and deception are prohibited.

Task ratings must be honest, relevant and connected to completed tasks. Users cannot currently edit ratings. Abusive or privacy-violating reviews may be hidden or removed, and rating manipulation is prohibited.

Serious or repeated violations may lead to content removal, suspension or banning. Relevant content, financial records and audit history may be retained for security, disputes and legal obligations.

Platform software, name and branding belong to their respective owner. Do not copy or misuse them. Copyright complaints may be submitted through Contact.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Availability, authenticity and successful transactions are not guaranteed. Exercise personal judgment. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded; liability is limited only to the extent permitted by Nigerian law.

You may be responsible for reasonable losses caused by your unlawful use, rights infringement or material breach, subject to applicable law and fair determination.

We may update these Terms. Material changes may require renewed acceptance. The effective date and current version are displayed with this policy.

Nigerian law applies. Please contact support first so concerns can be reviewed before formal proceedings.

Live location and browser push notifications are not active. Any future location sharing will require explicit participant permission and limited retention. Cookie consent will not grant notification permission.
